It’s January 1, 2013 and I’ve got some serious work to do. The holidays are over. The next event on the menu down the street is a month and a half away, Valentine’s Day. While it’s not a holiday that America takes another day off on, it’s certainly something sweet to look forward to seeing.
That gives me 45 days of non-stop writing to do.
If I throw myself into it, conform to a daily minimum, it’s possible that I could finish my next novel in this time, but I’m not going to push that hard. I have some plot line resolutions to consider. I’m going to the drawing board to play around with those plots, action and the conflicts that arise from the anti-hero’s actions.
Sometime between now and Valentine’s Day, I’ll be announcing a new domain to host a portal to all of my fiction. Since I write fiction to help my readers escape every day issues through an entertaining novel, I’m not going to include my few non-fiction titles. Those titles are about real life things, aren’t funny, and have no place among the worlds I make up to get away from all of that.
I have Darya Rising and An Unlikely Apprentice to write this year, so my plate is most certainly full. I’ll keep you all updated on the progress, as always, right here in this blog. See you all next week!
Happy New Year!
Woohoo! Happy New Year!
